Ingredients (for 2):
2 chicken steaks 1/4 French garlic slices (white part)
1 grated carrot
noodles to taste
Mizuna and beetroot microgreens - Life in a bag
1 teaspoon chilli paste
Prepare the tortillas according to the recipe or use the purchase.
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
Cut the chicken into small cubes and brown in a frying pan with a wire of olive oil and garlic. (If you have leftover chicken you can use it)
Season with salt and pepper. On top of the tortilla put the noodles, the chicken, the grated carrot and the microvegetais.
Over top, squeeze some lime to taste and mayonnaise (add the chilli paste and a sprig of microvegetais cut to mayonnaise and mix).
