Requeijão vegano com microvegetais de brócolos

1/2 cup macadamia nuts (soaked overnight); 
1 lemon juice; 
2 tbsp nutritional yeast; 
8g agar agar (boiled with 1 + 1/2 cup of water for 3 minutes); 
1 teaspoon Himalayas salt;

seasoning to taste (I used just a pinch of powder garlic).  
blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl add the microgreens (I used the broccoli microgreens from life in a bag, they have a spicy flavor that goes very well with this recipe) and cayenne pepper to decor. Go to the fridge 30 minutes and are ready to eat and enjoy ☺️👌🏽❣
